Traditional Smoked Salmon

Superb quality, lean meat with a smooth, subtle smoke that does not mask the flavour of the fish,              this product is best enjoyed with the simple accompaniment of brown bread, lemon and pepper to taste.

Our sides are available either pre-sliced for serving convenience, or plain for the purists who prefer to      slice their own. With an average weight of 1.3 kg, a side will produce between 20- 25 individual portions.

Also available are pre-sliced half-sides and 200g packs, the latter providing a starter for four people.


Hot Smoked Salmon

Marinated in a special blend of whiskey, molasses and herbs prior to smoking, this fish has its own distinctive flavour and a pre-sliced side will provide around 12 generous portions.

Great with salad or crumbled into pasta, this product is a hot seller at Borough Market.



Smoked Sea Trout

Another delicious fish with a firm texture and a subtle smoke, offered as a  fillet which will delight up to 4 people.

Try it with a dash of horse-radish as an accompaniment to salad, or as a base for a memorable kedgeree.

Top Tip
 Smoked Mackerel

Ours is a deep-sea mackerel from Donegal,  not too oily and with a wonderful creamy taste and soft consistency. One pack contains two fillets.
