Our History





Mike and Graham have been involved in the smoked fish business for a number of years, having traded corporate life in the technology and hospitality sectors for a start-up business importing and selling Irish artisan-smoked fish into the UK.

 

Our aim is to offer the highest quality smoked salmon, sea-trout and mackerel to real food lovers, who appreciate the subtlety and smoothness of flavour of our smoking process.
